Created an RSG client which is literally the same as the RSG server, except it has less overhead since it doesn't need to be run as a server and doesn't need to communicate with itself via the LabRAD manager (the RSG server created a data vault client which in turn connected to the RSG server itself to trigger plotting).
Additionally, since the RSG client is not a server, multiple copies can be run simultaneously on the same LabRAD system, or even the same node.
